WHO ARE WE?
I am Miguel, a native of the town of Gorafe. I am a young man with great passion for history and my land, always eager to learn more. I have experience in the desert and around the town of Gorafe with the company Turismo Rural Gorafe, in addition, I obtained a FP of Guide, Information and tourist assistance that has allowed me to train in the tourism sector in addition to courses on tourism and the Geopark of Granada.
Regarding the company, Geopark Granada was founded by Massimo and Connie (the previous owners) and due to their cessation of activity I have decided to resume the routes and excursions so that their work was not in vain.
Our routes are largely focused on the Gorafe Desert and its surroundings, the jewel of the Geopark of Granada offers a unique experience due to its scenic, natural and geological richness because it houses one of the best continental geological records of the last 5 million years.
The access to the desert is complicated for this reason we are equipped with 7-seater 4x4 vehicles.
Our vision is definitely to share our experiences with you!
We can prepare excursions on foot, or in 4×4, all with a particular sensitivity for the environment and its landscapes, with a view to geology and history.
